As per our ongoing checks, this is not affecting any functionality, and all core services continue to operate normally.

As part of our ongoing commitment to the Avaya Experience Platform (AXP) performance, reliability, and security, we are also conducting standard Cloud infrastructure maintenance.

This activity does not impact Omni-Channel services including Digital, Voice, and Analytics.
No impact to service is expected.
