Please be advised of this Emergency update for Avaya Experience Platform, to Prod-UK Environment (United Kingdom Data Centre). This update will occur on backend Cloud Vendor Platform serving Analytics historical reporting feature.

The updates will require a restart of Analytics Historical Reporting services and users may experience intermittent timeouts when accessing Analytics UI during the same. The actual restart will occur at the first half of the window and may take up to 5 mins. After the restart is complete, the Analytics UI will be fully functional and available to users.

This is a mandatory update to the cloud infrastructure and will add more stability to over all product performance. We regret for any inconvenience caused to users due to this activity.
