Update

We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time.
Posted Jan 28, 2025 - 11:42 EST

Scheduled

The existing Entrust signed Identity Certificate for all SIP Trunking proxies expires on Feb 9, 2025 at midnight EST. Avaya will be renewing the current certificate on Feb 1, 2025 at 9pm EST and the maintenance is expected to take 5 hours.

During this maintenance, individual SBCs will be restarted as part of the renewal process. Any active calls on the SBC when it is restarted will be dropped. Avaya will make every effort to not perform maintenance on SBCs with live calls, but there is a possibility that customer traffic will be temporarily impacted.

Please contact Avaya ahead of the maintenance window should you have any questions or concerns on this maintenance.
