As part of our ongoing commitment to the performance, reliability, and security of the Avaya Experience Platform (AXP), we will conduct standard Cloud infrastructure maintenance in the Prod-ASE environment (APAC Data Centre).

Impact - No impact to service is expected. Omni-Channel services (Digital, Voice, and Analytics) will remain available and operate normally.
