As part of our ongoing commitment to AXP Platform performance, reliability and security, we are performing this standard maintenance updates to our Cloud infrastructure.

Please note that this activity will not affect our standard Omni Channel services for Digital, Voice . However, Historical Reporting in Analytics will not update with new data during the upgrade, but reports will be active with old data. Once the maintenance is complete, all reporting data will catch up and be accurately reflected
