Please be informed on this Incident with North America (NA) Data Centre. Earlier there was a delay in Historical Reporting data availability. The underlying cause for the issue was identified and Analytics Historical reporting services were restored. Currently, Historical reporting data is available to all user as desired and the issue is now resolved.

Please note that this incident didn't cause any data loss to users, however, there was a significant delay in data availability through out the incident until the resolution.

We regret for any inconvenience caused.
