Please be advised of this planned maintenance Activity for Avaya Experience Platform to Prod-ASE Environment (Singapore/Asia Pacific regional Data Centre).

As part of our ongoing commitment to AXP Platform performance, reliability and security, we are performing this standard maintenance updates to our Cloud infrastructure.

This activity is planned for one hour and includes a 30 mins downtime for voice call recording. The downtime will occur in the second half of the planned window. During the downtime any voice calls made (Inbound and outbound) will not be recorded. The timing of the implementation window is planned to eliminate impact as much as possible.

Please note that this activity will not affect our standard Omni Channel services for Digital, Voice and Analytics. Downtime will be limited to voice call recording.
