We are currently investigating a service disruption impacting inbound calls for customers using Avaya SIP trunks on the Avaya Experience Platform (AXP) in the UK and EU regions.
You may be unable to receive inbound calls due to an issue with our third-party cloud provider. Our engineering team is actively working with the provider to identify the root cause and restore full service as quickly as possible.
