As part of our ongoing commitment to performance, reliability and security, we are doing this essential maintenance update to our Cloud infrastructure with our vendor. This activity does not require any downtime and is expected to be transparent to agents, however, there will be a delay in latest historical reporting data flow. This data flow delay will be for 2 hours during the implementation window timeframe. This activity will have no impact to Real-time reporting data and to any of the channel services - Voice, Chat, Email, Messaging. This change is limited to Analytics - Historical reporting services. The timing of the implementation window is planned to eliminate impact as much as possible.
