As part of our ongoing commitment to the performance, reliability, and security of the Avaya Experience Platform (AXP), we will conduct standard Cloud infrastructure maintenance in the Prod-NA environment (North America Data Centre).
Impact – No impact to service is expected. Omni-Channel services (Digital, Voice, and Analytics) will remain available and operate normally. While a few services will undergo rolling restarts, there will be no impact to overall functionality.
