Please be advised of this planned maintenance activity for Avaya Experience Platform to Prod-CAC Environment (Canada Data Centre).
As part of our ongoing commitment to AXP Platform performance, reliability and security, we are performing this standard maintenance updates to our Cloud infrastructure with our vendor.
This activity does not require any downtime and is expected to be transparent to end users, however as the update proceeds, users may experience short periods of degradation (e.g. reconnection notification at the agent desktop, short delay updating Real Time Displays, 2-5 secs delay presenting a contact to an agent) during the implementation window timeframe. The timing of the implementation window is planned to eliminate degradation as much as possible.
