Overview: Avaya will be performing a routine infrastructure update to the SBC-MPC Verint Certificate within the North America environment. This maintenance ensures continued security compliance and seamless connectivity following a global root certificate authority (CA) update by Sectigo.
What is Changing: We are updating the trusted certificate chains to include the latest industry standards. This is a proactive measure to ensure that all communication trunks remain secure and functional well in advance of any legacy certificate expirations.
Service Availability: We do not anticipate any downtime for the Avaya Experience Platform during this activity.
