Please be advised of this Emergency update for Avaya Experience Platform, to Prod-NA Environment (North America Data Centre). This update will occur on backend Cloud Vendor Platform serving Analytics historical reporting feature.

The update will require a restart of Analytics Historical Reporting services and may cause delays to data availability for Analytics Historical Reporting data during the restart activity. The actual restart will occur at the first half of the window and will take between 5 to 10 mins. After the restart is complete, the data will be available to all users as desired.

This is a mandatory update to the cloud platform and we regret for any inconvenience caused to users due to this activity.
